I think the identifier for HvLn and HvLt are flipped in G4Service.json. The JSON has the same mapping as in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gQirT-jxqzWLHx6C4x3Jl5ISWOvvzp1__FBbNnfeiLw/edit. I have added a comment to the google doc asking about the identifiers.
