Add transliteration support

Russian listeners will be especially grateful because, generally speaking, almost all Russian singers have English nicknames, but in LRCLib they are searched for by their Russian names. Transliteration will be helpful in this case.

However, I was mistaken, and most Russian performers use English nicknames.

If not, we could also check with Russian nicknames and search for lyrics with Russian nicknames. I'm not entirely sure if this is necessary. If it is indeed necessary, I would like to hear feedback on this matter.
