🚀 New Claude Code version with some nice UX improvements

Why you should care:

• CLAUDE_CODE_SESSION_ID env var now available in bash tool subprocesses
• CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ALTERNATE_SCREEN=1 to opt out of fullscreen mode
• Better clipboard paste with visual feedback
• Tons of terminal stability fixes (sleep/wake, unicode, vim editing)

Key improvements:

• Fixed external SIGINT handling and graceful shutdown
• Better session resume with emoji/unicode corruption fixes
• Enhanced fullscreen mode stability
• Improved MCP connector error handling and retry logic
