New reach: Auto mode (Shift+Tab) now works on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry via CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_AUTO_MODE=1 (Opus 4.7/4.8 only). Previously this was API-only.

Protected paths expanded: .config/git, .devcontainer, .yarn, .mvn now protected by default.
