Another Account Can't Create Playlists

I was seting up another instance of Meloday and I changed out the Plex token for my wife's one and I get a 401 Unauthorized error when running it.

She does not have a Plex Pass so I am guessing that is what I am getting a 401. I think you need a Pass to have API access. Is there a way that I could make playlists for her using her listening history?

looks like plex pass is needed for both sonic analysis and user history unfortunately

I thought those features were per "library" not per user, so if the owner of the server has a plex pass the library should have sonic analysis and history. If we have a user's history, and we have sonic analysis, what would be the correct way to make a playlist for other users? Sounds like the authorization might need to come from someone with a plex pass and access to the target user's listen history but if we presume the server owner is making these lists, and they have a plex pass... is it possible?

Or an option to use Tautulli user history? with the library owner's token? I can't even do this for a Managed User. Sadly, I think the dev has ghosted this project.
