Problems disconnecting network drives on Mac

User experience issue of not being able to disconnect network drive.
If a 2FA session is required, and local client application tries connecting without active 2FA session, user receives warning mails.

Our guide material ought to cover this, as using a network drive is in the the core usage domain.

Considerations:

• how our setup is, and what will happen if no 2FA session and login attempts occur
• users needing to disconnect network drive, or at least not retry excessively to mount a drive
• how mounting and umounting (connect/disconnect) works on Mac
• Login Items lists saved items that should start automatically(?)
• generic online references that users should consult to troubleshooting tips
• our support scope: what can we help with, and what is outside our domain (users must then contact local IT support)

Yes, relevant for all MiGrid instances in operation.

Please note that we have update from internal ticket:
User reported that simply dragging the network drive folder into the trash bin unmounted the network drive completely.

Consider if we point users to the official Mac User Guides for these operations. Also check that we add comprehensive instructions using Mac terminology (perhaps unmount -> disconnect/eject or as above using GUI drag-to-trash).
