License Table Checkbox

Checkboxes can be single selection but maybe we can also allow multi-select in the license table as currently admin has to check and delete one at a time.

Flow can be that when

• one is selected both edit and delete button are enabled
• multiple selected obviously user can't edit so just delete

@kuchtiak-ufal @kosarko Can we do the same for license labels?
considering when a license/license-label cannot be delete - are there any conditions!
e.g., when it is in use!
the UI would be slightly adjust if that is done:
removing the checkboxes initially, showing when select multiple is enabled/checked
moving the edit/delete buttons to an adjacent column for each item in the row. Similar to how we have in the new license labels table HERE
