Current Behavior

dub XYZ_VIDEO in language X and add language Y subtitles on dubbed video. For queries like this it is returning a video which has original language audio and only subtitles as language Y

Expected Behavior

Reasoning engine is expected to dub the input video in target language X and add target language Y on dubbed video.
i.e The final result should have audio language X and subtitle language Y
