Really nice what you are doing with whisper_android — especially the STT part with the models. You might find Kroko.ai interesting - these are small, fast, streaming STT models that run fully on-device and can be a lighter alternative to Whisper. Could be a good fit if you’re optimizing for latency, privacy, or mobile use. We are open to collaboration, feedback and your thoughts if you have the time.
