Feature request: Different operating modes.
Details:
Operating modes:

• Presentation Mode (fixed page size (adapted to background document), black at the borders, stepped pages). Use case: Open PDF for presentation, add annotations with pen. Use empty document for whiteboard replacement, write with pen.
• Continuous Whiteboard Mode (infinitely large page, requires panning). Use case: Discussion whiteboard. Not practicable for exporting the document. Size of the page must be determined when exporting the content (minimum bounding box).
• Document Annotation Mode (page size is set at start to fixed ratio, background is fixed to its own ratio, optionally continuous page scrolling): Allows adding annotations also over the borders of the inner contents. Use case: Reading a PDF paper, taking notes.
