Cannot work on JB

after installed the apk on JB4.1.2 from
1、直接下载http://files.cnblogs.com/walkingp/cnblogs2.apk
the list cannot be used, that means the scroll did not work.
The same apk works fine on ICS.

取最新代码，4.2.1也不能工作，同样的问题，ListView不响应搓动和点击。
