Broken installs because of gulp dependency issue

The latest 1.0.4 release tries to run gulp through a post install build, but gulp isn't in the dependencies (only devDependencies).

I believe this line needs to be removed:

I don't know if this is a good idea, because the main entry in the package.json references to dist/adapter which is generated by gulp (in the post install hook).
The source in lib/* uses import and export which are not yet supported by node, so you need to transpile the code. Either the transpiled code has to be checked in or the post install hook needs to be fixed.
