Cannot scroll the page in editor

Steps to reproduce

• Start WebSight CMS using Podman.
• Navigate to the Admin Panel (http://localhost:8080/).
• Open a long page in Edit Mode (e.g., the sample site's home page).
• Attempt to scroll the page using the mouse wheel/trackpad. (Expected: Page scrolls. Actual: Page does not scroll.)
• Attempt to drag a component to the bottom edge of the viewport. (Expected: Viewport scrolls down. Actual: Viewport does not scroll.)
• Confirm scrolling works in Preview Mode.

Expected behavior
The editor viewport scrolls vertically, and drag-and-drop triggers auto-scroll.

Actual behavior
Scrolling is disabled, and no vertical scrollbar is visible in Edit Mode.

I’ve reviewed the issue, but there’s no active work planned in this area at the moment.
The issue will remain in the backlog for the future review.

If priorities change, I’ll post an update here.
