Animated Webp

It doesn't seem to support animated webp, is there a way to fix this?

confirmed that v1.0.0 won't display thumbs for animated webp on windows 7.
however, also confirmed that the add-in works fine under windows 7 for static webp [verified on win7 sp1 x64].
