Failed to run libScan

I tried LibScan, using your provided example input, but I failed to run it. The error is shown in the screenshot. Have you encounter a similar problem?

By the way, I cannot find the conf/method_jar.txt file. Is it automatically generated by the tool?

update: Wired, the project runs smoothly when executed from PyCharm.
On my mac,
Open PyCharm -> File -> Open... -> Select LibScan -> Open LibScan.py -> Open Edit Configuration panel -> Parameters -> add "detect_all -o outputs -af apks -lf libs -ld libs_dex" -> click OK -> click run
