Requirejs' r.js doesn't see underscoreDeepExtend after optimization

After r.js optimization, script can't see underscoreDeepExtend dependency any longer. Especially when I'm using almond.

@kusmierz Thanks for the contribution! Would you mind working up a version that maintains the original formatting? I'd prefer to merge one where only the lines you changed are marked as changed, rather than one where every line in the file is marked as changed.
