duplicate column name: kMDItemNeedsKeyPhrases

Receiving an error for duplicate column name: kMDItemNeedsKeyPhrases. Then fails to create an output. Only reciving this error for the store.db and .store.db under ....UnitlFirstUserAuthenticstion. tool works just fine on the other spotlight store.db I run it at. Even try using the ios_apt and running it at the whole extraction and still had the same error for just that one store.db. also using the .exe version of the tool.
