Using i128s break the compiler

Whenever you do anything involving i128 you get:
Compiling...
error: missing compiler runtime intrinsic '__multi3' (undefined linker symbol)

Zig's selfhosted webassembly backed that is using by the playground is still experimental. Support for integers larger than 64bit is one example that has not been implemented yet. I plan to fix this particular error in the future but it still won't make i128 work in most cases.

The problem is that this breaks GeneralPurposeAlocaters because they use i128 rounding.

I just found out that Zig 0.16.0-dev has recently added some support for larger integers in ziglang/zig#31621. I tested a small example using std.heap.DebugAllocator that started to work as expected. So this will likely be fixed when the playground updates Zig 0.16.0
