@eypsilon eypsilon released this 01 Jul 14:17

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 1.4.0

• Complete Ground-Up Rewrite: Faster startup, minimal memory usage, zero external dependencies, and a completely new architectural foundation.
• The 10% Weight Loss Miracle: Despite a massive list of new features, the entire extension has been radically optimized and is now 10% lighter. Faster startup. Lower memory usage. More breathing room for your workflow.
• Infinite Tab Nesting: HTML notes now support fully interactive nested tab structures. Build tab interfaces inside tab interfaces inside tab interfaces - as deep as you want.

• Smooth Swipe Gestures: Navigate your dashboard seamlessly with touch-friendly swipe gestures on any touch-enabled device.

• Polished Onboarding: 15 tailored help notes inside the "Quick Start" example workspace to get you up to speed instantly.

Speedtab 1.3.1

@eypsilon eypsilon released this 14 Jun 11:42

Speedtab 1.3.1

This update improves Speedtab's language support and sharpens a small but useful part of everyday navigation.

What's New

  • Better Chrome and Chrome Web Store language detection for English and German.
  • Improved extension-level localization handling for manifest and background/runtime strings.
  • Cleaner separation between browser-level localization and in-app interface translations.
  • Fixed the Copy URL dialog so workspace URLs now reflect the current live page/module/tab state correctly.
  • Improved long URL readability in the Copy URL field.

Why This Matters

Speedtab now integrates more cleanly with Chrome's own localization system while keeping the in-app language experience fast and consistent. This also makes future language additions easier to maintain.

The Copy URL fix removes a subtle but annoying mismatch where shared or reopened workspace URLs could lag behind the currently visible module tab state.
