Tracking radar, used radar signatures to detect entities, data as array, Position, Velocity, Entity
Used as RLS on SPAA, Aviation and Naval
Reduce seek Cone to improve accuracy and rotate radar to increase searching radius, or use 2 radars, 1 search in big cone, 2 track in smaller cone
Searching by this Radar would be detected by RWR
