Joe: "wie arbeiten wir?" — Antwort als festes Betriebsmodell.
Erste Phase des Reworks, ausgeführt im neuen Modell selbst
(ein Branch, eine PR).
NEU `docs/OPERATING-MODEL.md` — die 7 Prinzipien:
1. Arbeitseinheit ist die Phase, nicht der PR (Schluss mit Mini-PRs)
2. Informations-Hierarchie (Repo→Docs→KB→legal-scraper→Context7→Web)
3. Doku-Architektur: 4 Tiers mit INDEX als Einstieg
4. Learnings als geschlossener Kreis
5. Agenten + Skills = Automation des Modells
6. Quality-Gates mechanisch ("keine Kompromisse")
7. Rollen fix (Joe entscheidet, Claude führt aus, Sub-Agenten parallel)
+ die gehärtete Arbeits-Kadenz (Verstehen→Scope→Explore→Implement→
Verify→Document→Close).
NEU `docs/INDEX.md` — das Wiki: alle ~40 aktiven Docs nach Tier
T0-T4 klassifiziert. Logische Klassifikation, kein physisches
git mv. Drift-Watch-Sektion listet 5 bekannte Stale-Stellen.
FIX `.claude/CLAUDE.md` "Wo finde ich was": 4 Pfade zeigten auf
docs/superpowers/ + docs/reports/ — diese sind nach
docs/archive/2026-Q2/ verschoben. Tabelle korrigiert + auf
docs/INDEX.md als kanonische Landkarte umgestellt.
Reihenfolge per Joe-Entscheidung: Fundament (R1) jetzt komplett,
R2-R5 (Learnings-System, Agenten-Refresh, neue Skills, Info-Quellen)
verzahnt mit v0.5.0-Code.

Rework-Phase R1. Antwort auf 'wie arbeiten wir': docs/OPERATING-MODEL.md (7 Prinzipien + Arbeits-Kadenz) + docs/INDEX.md (Wiki, ~40 Docs in 4 Tiers, Drift-Watch). Fix: .claude/CLAUDE.md hatte 4 ins Archiv verschobene Pfade. R2-R5 folgen verzahnt mit v0.5.0.
