…gure assembly Updated the scripts README to describe scripts/process_dataset as generating intermediate datasets reused across analyses. Added the following files required for assembling figures: processed_data/Geo_info/strain_map.rds processed_data/Geo_info/Cb_all_isotypes_PCA_plot_PC1_4.rds processed_data/Geo_info/Cb_plot_0.9_tree_equal_angle_rotated_not_rooted.rds processed_data/Geo_info/isotype_map.rds processed_data/genetic_similarity_and_admixutre/geo_distance_plots.RData processed_data/genetic_similarity_and_admixutre/Cosmo_18_maps.RData Corrected the path used to load geo_distance_plots.RData. Removed an unintended figure-printing line in Cb_Geo_locations_strains.R and an outdated legend-saving step in Cb_all_isotypes_PCA_LD_0.9.R.
