update counter in markers names so that it's based on beat and not on the floor function anymore. the previous counter was doing wierd things with bpms that where not powers of two

update counter in markers names so that it's based on beat and not on the floor function anymore. the previous counter function was doing wierd "float to int" rounding with some bpms like 114 resulting in wrong marker names.
