Add support for outdoor scenes and optimize the data pipeline
Summary
This PR adds support for sky masks and dynamic masks to better handle outdoor scenes. It also optimizes the data pipeline by preloading data onto the GPU and using an infinite sampler to avoid DataLoader epoch-boundary stalls. By the way, this repository is starting a refactor, aiming to deliver a cleaner, more efficient, and more feature-rich codebase.
