- Upgrade azure-devops-node-api from v11.0.1 to v15.1.1
- Replace BuildApi with PipelinesApi for pipeline execution
- Add support for template parameters via azure-pipeline-parameters input
- Convert variables to Pipelines API format {value: string}
- Pass repository resources (branch and commit) to pipeline runs
- Add explicit pipeline existence validation
- Update README with new parameter documentation
