Design SSOT lives in the Obsidian vault; the in-repo openspec/ tree (354 files, mostly archived phase records) has no references from src, CI, packaging, tooling, or the skill.

openspec/tree (354 files: 6 foundational specs, 3 in-flight change proposals, ~338 archived phase records from Feb-Mar 2026).Dependency scan found zero references to
openspec/fromsrc/,scripts/,.github/,.githooks/,pyproject.toml,pixi.toml,Makefile,docs-astro/, or the rdc-cli skill; not in the built package (setuptools where=["src"]); no CI/badge job reads it. Design SSOT lives in the Obsidian vault.Note: 16 of the removed files are active (foundational specs + open proposals), not archived. Say the word if you want any preserved.
