CRAN release version 0.2.3

This is a version update. The following changes were made:

• Added more examples in documentation.
• Added two more real-world datasets collected by ornithologists from
  University of Gdańsk
• Corrected typos in test cases.
• Improvements: Zero fat mass in dataset no longer throws an error; throws a
  warning instead and assigns flight range of zero.
