The Social Media Manager will be the driving voice of Bitcoin Research & Ventures Company across all social platforms. This role requires a blend of creative content generation, deep crypto/Web3 knowledge, community management expertise, and data-driven strategy. You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives around our research, investments, and thought leadership to solidify our position as a trusted authority in the space.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Development

Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on brand awareness, community growth, and industry influence.

Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share high-quality, engaging, and original content daily (text, images, video, infographics, memes) across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and YouTube.

Simplifying Complexity: Translate complex financial, technical (Bitcoin, Layer 2s, DeFi), and research topics into accessible and compelling social media content for various audiences.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and live events (e.g., 𝕏 Spaces) to drive interaction and growth. Community & Engagement

Community Management: Actively monitor and manage all social channels, fostering a positive and engaged community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Tone of Voice: Define and maintain a consistent, authoritative, yet engaging brand voice that resonates with the crypto community.

Influencer/KOL Relations: Identify, build relationships with, and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the Bitcoin and crypto space to amplify our brand messaging.

Analysis & Optimization

Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics). Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and, crucially, real-time market trends and news within the crypto industry to ensure timely and relevant content.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, recommending optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.

✅ Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the cryptocurrency, Web3, FinTech, or a high-growth technology/finance company.

Crypto Native: Deep, demonstrable understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem, blockchain fundamentals, and current industry trends (e.g., Ordinals, Lightning Network, macro analysis).

Skills: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Creative Content: Proven ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) and strong aesthetic judgment for visual assets.

Tools: Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
