Relevant issues
The /health/test_connection does not resolve env variables like /chat/completions, which gives users a false failure signal when they try to test the connection of a model on the UI. In reality the model is healthy, and /chat/completions will work properly. The root cause is /health/test_connection not resolving env variables like /chat/completions.
