Advance all three service submodule pointers from their pre-10x commits to the current default-branch HEADs so BetterWebUI tracks the merged work across the stack: - AutoGUI -> 3d285e4 (main, incl. its OSScreenObserver bump) - CognitiveLoopKernel -> 395ef21 (master) - OSScreenObserver -> b7346d1 (main) Pointer-only change — no BetterWebUI source is modified.
