Summary

• Adds sprint planning deliverables for ISSUE-02: frozen scope, 18 user stories, and Definition of Done per delivery level (Essential → Expert).
• Introduces ISSUE-17 — local webcam detection (detect_webcam.py) as a committed Medium-level feature; explicitly not on deployed Streamlit.
• Updates Kanban, project plans (EN/ES), and GitHub Projects import instructions.

What's included

• docs/SCOPE.md — 2-brand freeze (Coca-Cola + Pepsi), in/out of scope, demo success criteria, change control
• docs/USER_STORIES.md — stories for upload, detect, metrics, report, deploy + US-18 (local webcam)
• docs/KANBAN.md — ISSUE-02 → In Review; new ISSUE-17; day map and delivery checklist updated
• docs/PLAN_PROYECTO.md / docs/PROJECT_PLAN.md — aligned scope, repo structure, sprint timeline

Test plan

• Review SCOPE.md — team agrees on 2-brand limit and local-only webcam
• Review USER_STORIES.md — stories cover all five themes and map to ISSUE-XX
• Confirm ISSUE-17 is scheduled Day 2–3 and owned by C (ML)
