This plugin has been retired. Its functionality is now provided by relationships — a daily relationship cockpit whose templates library and per-contact drafting flow supersede the standalone bizdev-outreach workflow.
bizdev-outreach's three-phase methodology (research → analyze → draft) is excellent but lived in a single command. The new plugin breaks that work into two surfaces that match how operators actually use it:
- Daily brief (
/relationships) — surfaces the 3 highest-leverage new-business actions today, each with channel recommendation + draft already filled. No need to remember the three-phase workflow per contact. - On-demand drafting (
/draft-touchpoint) — when you already know who you want to reach, drafts a message using the right template and voice. Includes the same "should we even send?" gut-check filter ported from this plugin.
The useful pieces live on inside relationships:
- The research → analyze → draft methodology → embedded in
/draft-touchpointSteps 1-7. - The voice-mirroring drafting logic → templates library + voice routing.
- The "should we even send?" filter →
/draft-touchpointStep 6 and/relationshipsStep 3. - Banned-phrases lists → unified across cortex
voice.md,relationships.user-context.md, andwriting-style.
If you were using bizdev-outreach:
- Install the new plugin via Nucleus:
/plugin marketplace updatethen/plugin install relationships. - Run
/setup-relationships. The interview captures the same ICP, voice rules, and banned phrases as the oldbizdev-outreachuser-context. - Use
/draft-touchpoint <name>for the same workflow you usedbizdev-outreachfor — pick a target, get a drafted message. - Use
/relationshipsdaily to also see who else deserves a touch.
Your old <config-root>/plugins/bizdev-outreach.user-context.md can be retained for reference but is no longer consulted.
