Manuscript Submission Version

Some variable names are renamed to be more grammatically correct, and some dependencies are updated.

Internal reorganization

This release has internal changes to the source code that make the algorithm easier to understand. In addition, two dependencies were updated.

More symbol types

This release allows more symbol types to be considered, meaning that the input schema can have more than 0s, 1s, and 2s.
