The CI build failure on this PR was caused by the external container registry (
hub.opensciencegrid.org) returning 500/502 errors during the Docker image push phase — not by any code defect. The Docker build itself completed successfully.No code changes were made. The failure is a transient infrastructure issue on the registry side and should resolve on re-run.
