A good number of known issues and updates to the Vore Codes! Short description above for the various fixes, and more details below!

Whenever you target a turf instead of directly click on a mob to attack, it should now ignore mobs that are located inside of bellies as well as mobs that are already dead, dealing with two bugs for one fix! And one bug being one that plagued even non-vore players!
When in a Belly, you should be immune to drowning! This can be made more fine-grained, but for now it's a hard-stop really. You simply cannot drown if you are within a Belly.
Slosh sounds from reagents should happen now regardless of Show Liquids being set. Why was this a requirement? I don't know.
Similarly, this was the cause for Reagent Generation from Digestion and Absorbing to not actually do anything. I guess it was because the effect was added less for the reagents/sounds and more for the effect on the visuals? It was intended for something for the actual prey being a player?
Numbing Agent is now utilizing Poppymilk. It shouldn't OD anyone, since the OD level is 25, and it only gives 4 units at a time if they have less then 2 in them.
Muffled Belly Status should force a whisper to anyone contained within! It also should muffle audio and emotes! I thought it was kinda a neat idea.
If you get fully-absorbed and it is set to forced-psay, you will now be unable to speak normally, and instead will have your 'say' messages turned into "Thoughts" between yourself, your Pred and all other Absorbed individuals! The Pred can use the prefix '$' at the start of your say-message to 'think' things to your Prey! This should be only audible and sent to those who are part of the connection.
Attempted to add in a method to call the In-Belly spawns! As a ghost, you gain a button under the Vore tab to enable In-Belly Spawn requests. Click that first to enable them, then find your desired Pred and middle-mouse click on them! It should work then? Let me know if it doesn't, I can't really test this solo.
Healbelly now will take a set amount of nutrients for each action, and now can properly heal all damage types, heal wounds, and restore blood! Also it regens nutrition for your Prey, but that was in there already. Based on the number of actions done, it will scale the nutrition cost accordingly.
Digestion now should work relatively properly? It now only cares about Brute and Burn damage (UI changes in the future probably to reflect this) and based on the amount of damage dealt, it will also deal Clone Damage to represent the digestion progress. If this maxes out, then the prey is dead.
Tweaks to the Character Directory and Examine Panel! CD now shows your RP Pref along with a button to show your RP Ad! This is also shown in your Examine Closer panel at the top right, Parts of this code came from OV!
Also added a quick link to open the character directory on any examine! As long as you see the Examine Closer option on them.
Had a bit of random inspiration as well, and Nobles being fed food items will act as if the food item is 1 quality better!

Ran out of title space for fixes so, here we go! These can't be fit into the title~ But are in this PR!

Fixed that damn Whispers issue finally! Now held/contained mobs can hear whispers according to their tile, not their current Z (which is always 0)!
Buckling can be done from Adjacent tiles, and will move you to the buckled tile/obj!
You can now nom 1x2 size items, and you can also insert anything directly into an active smelter belly if it can be smelted down.
Trash Eater for thrown items should work now!
Vampires can sleep in Bellies again!

Fixed being in a belly causes you to still drown.
Fixed Slosh sounds and Reagent Gen from Absorb and Digest.
Trying to add in Muffled support and Psay for Absorbed players.
…a buff to the food! Like the grapes, but bumps the quality of the food up by 1 level!
Update the Character Directory and the Examine Menu to make the RP Guidnace and RP Ads much more apparent they are there! Also the Directory now just shows you someone's examine closer panel instead! Ported that bit from OV.

Thrown items now follow the same restrictions as long as Trash Eater is active!
Can no longer combat-nom NPCs until they are in soft crit or worse.

…and otherwise uses the sound toggle I added earlier to quiet it!

Adjusted the Inbelly spawn message because I think it's better to just do it better from the Late Join menu.
…ehind every player really clashed HARD with the color schemes we have, so... Lets just let the background be the color. Also re-adjusted the positioning of the various sections of the panel. We aren't solely about Vore, so that shouldn't be at the front-most.
