📝 Description

Briefly list the changes made to the code:

1. Replaced all color references with variable references to index.css or tailwind
2. Disables any theme variables outside of what is defined (I think this was already in place)
3. Updated index.css and config to show all colors currently in use

Checked colors on frontend local deploy

Once design system is finalized, update index.css and tailwind.config with new variables and replace references to old ones
