📝 Description
Fixed review bug where we were sending the reviewerId as the applicantId, so reviews go through now. Also created a script to populate database with mock data, see readme for details.
Also created setup for file uploads, including an enum that has file purposes. Currently one for PM Challenge, and one for Resumes
