Summary

• bump TaskBound to v0.2.2
• update README, install guide, validation playbook, and advisory workflow example to the new Action tag
• extend adoption-doc coverage so the validation playbook stays pinned to the package version too

Scope

Only touch package version metadata, public install docs, advisory workflow examples, team validation playbook version references, and adoption-doc tests for current Action tag pins.

Validation

• red: node --test test/adoption-docs.test.mjs failed while docs still referenced v0.2.1
• node --test test/adoption-docs.test.mjs
• npm test
• npm run build
• git diff --check
• rg found no remaining v0.2.1 or 0.2.1 references in package/docs/examples/tests
• local TaskBound review returned NONE for the PR scope
