Summary

• bump TaskBound to v0.2.3
• update README, install guide, validation playbook, and advisory workflow example to the new Action tag
• publish the report feedback footer from PR [codex] Add report feedback links #21 as a pinned release

Scope

Only touch package version metadata, public install docs, advisory workflow examples, and team validation playbook version references so the released Action tag includes report feedback links.

Validation

• red: node --test test/adoption-docs.test.mjs failed while docs still referenced v0.2.2
• node --test test/adoption-docs.test.mjs
• npm.cmd test
• npm.cmd run build
• git diff --check
• rg found no remaining v0.2.2 or 0.2.2 references in package/docs/examples/tests
• local TaskBound review returned NONE for the PR scope and rendered the feedback footer
