Updates the 'Part of an AI-agent governance suite' block from four tools to five and refines the preventive/runtime/detective taxonomy so SessionTrail's runtime axis sits alongside CapabilityEcho's static analysis and TaskBound's post-run diff review.

Updates the README cross-reference block from four tools to five, adding SessionTrail alongside ScopeTrail, PolicyMesh, CapabilityEcho, and TaskBound.
Refines the taxonomy summary so the runtime axis (SessionTrail — in-session transcript review) sits cleanly beside the preventive static-analysis tools and TaskBound's post-run diff review.
Doc-only — no code changes. Same block landed in all five repos.
