The v1 plan landed in DDancingDeath/parenting-companion (private). This commit adds the build-target pointer to the project README and folds the v1 decision summaries (platform freeze, multi-agent orchestration, knowledge-base layer) into the project's decision log. The original next-steps capture is preserved for historical context; the items it lists are now resolved as ADR-001..015 in the build repo.
