This update adds the earliest record to the summary table. It also renames "most_recent" to "latest" in the summary table. The latter change was made to juxtapose earliest/latest, and it more aptly applies to datetime filters (for when they are implemented)
logging.py is a common name for a module in Python, and renaming it to logger.py can help avoid errors with the built-in logging module.
