- Repository name (lowercase-hyphenated)
- One-sentence description under 100 characters
- ADAPT phase assignment (Assess/Design/Architect/Pilot/Transform)
- Target topics (5 relevant tags)
- Primary use case or problem solved
- Example implementation snippet
