MGNREGA Employee System

MNREGA(The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act ) is a scheme by which unskilled people of rural India are guaranteed to have 100 days of paid work. Main objective of this project is to manage employments offered through this scheme so I tried to take it as a consideration and tried to make an application where we can manage employee of MGNREGA scheme and there will be two type of user GramPanchayat Member and employee

MGNREGA is an consolve based application

MGNREGA Applcation is created during the construct week at Masai School. Completed the project within six days.

Features

• GramPanchayat member can login/logout and can register through special key.
• GramPanchayat member can register an employee and assign him to work.
• GramPanchayat member can see number of employee working under him.
• GramPanchayat member can see all of his projects.
• Employee can see their wages and his working location.

Lessons Learned

• Gain excessive knowledge on application of Java, MySQL and Hibernate.
• Implementation of Executing SQL operations with Hibernatie ORM software and Java .
• Enjoyed the process of learning and creating the application.
