Bug fixes and MS font added

BugFixes:
Bootstrap collapse does not work.
Corrections the the readme file.

Addition:
Font Segoe UI Emoji v1.27 of Microsoft added to the repository.
This font supports v12 of the Unicode® Technical Standard #51.

First Release

First release of the EmojiPopper Plugin.

Please note the code isn't fully optimized (yet).
The script should be bug free, however if you do encounter any bug, please submit an issue.
