Summary

Adds fuzz targets for recently implemented crates to catch parser/decoder bugs.

New Fuzz Targets

  • flight-ipc: fuzz_message_decode - selector-based protobuf + JSON IPC message decoding
  • flight-blackbox: fuzz_blackbox_codec - postcard deserialization of .fbb record types + JSON export DTOs
  • flight-updater: fuzz_manifest_parse - update manifest JSON parsing + SemVer string parsing
  • flight-session: fuzz_session_state - SessionState + component type JSON deserialization
  • flight-metrics: fuzz_metrics_export - Prometheus/JSON export formatting with edge-case values

Notes

  • All fuzz crates declare their own dependency versions (not workspace members)
