Hyprland updates to 0.53.1

Updates Hyprland to 0.53.1, and other necessary packages & patches.

Works on my system.

x86-64 glibc seems to build fine. I think we need to patch in #include <cstring> again so hyprwire builds correctly on musl. I'm not sure about the other error on aarch64(-musl). Maybe we need to pugixml to hostmakedepends? I just switched to Arch and don't have the void build system set up yet.

Looks like we need to apply the #include <cstring> fix in hyprpaper too. And I think hyprwire also needs to go into hostmakedepends. Then everything should work properly.
