This pull request migrates the hash.id column from a 32-bit integer to a 64-bit integer (BIGINT) to prevent sequence exhaustion. The changes include updating the database schema and corresponding Rust types, deserialization logic, and SQL query parameters across the hotshot-query-service to ensure consistency with the new 64-bit identifier.
