🧠 Atlas v3 — Synaptic Recursion Kernel

What Is This?

Atlas v3 is the synaptic recursion kernel of the EVEZ ecosystem. It implements:

  • Append-only event spine — every state change is recorded, not overwritten
  • Hypergraph identity layer — nodes, edges, and meta-edges in a unified schema
  • Autonomous agent mesh — agents communicate via event bus, not direct calls
  • Jubilee debt mutation system — hardened financial state machine endpoints

Key Features

Spine Protocol Every event is written once. No updates. No deletes. The history IS the state.

Hypergraph Identity Agents, nodes, and relationships encoded as a directed hypergraph. Identity is topology, not data.

Jubilee System Hardened debt mutation endpoints. Every balance change is a spine event. Auditable. Irreversible. Correct.
