[codex] Add light loop sorting options

What changed

• add a compact sort control with Featured first, Newest, and A–Z options
• keep non-default sort choices shareable through the URL
• preserve sorting across search, category filters, pagination, and browser history
• add responsive styling and regression assertions

User impact

Visitors can quickly reorder the Loop Library without adding visual weight to the existing search and category controls.
